You will be responsible for bringing high-capacity lenders and brokerages onto our marketplace, building strategic partnerships with organizations equipped to handle high volume of leads per month, and growing revenue by expanding these partnerships. You’ll be working at scale, connecting major lending partners with a high-volume lead generation operation that few platforms can match.

This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role for someone who knows the industry, enjoys building relationships, and can operate independently to drive business growth.

  • Identify, prospect, and engage mortgage lenders and brokerages to join Military.com’s lead generation marketplace.
  • Leverage your existing network of mortgage industry contacts to establish new partnerships and accelerate marketplace growth.
  • Pitch our value proposition, negotiate commercial terms, and close new partnership agreements.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective lenders to support the continued expansion of our marketplace.
  • Technology & Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and technical teams to improve the marketplace, communicate partner needs, and identify opportunities to enhance the platform and user experience.
Partner Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of lending partners, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Schedule regular meetings with partners, to review performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Understand each partner’s business objectives, capacity to service our leads, lead requirements, capacity to service our leads, conversion performance, and growth potential.
  • Ensure partners are properly onboarded and equipped to maximize the value of the leads they purchase through our platform.
Revenue Growth & Account Expansion
  • Monitor partner performance and proactively identify opportunities to increase lead volume, expand budgets, and grow account revenue.
  • Upsell existing partners by demonstrating the value of our marketplace and identifying opportunities to support their acquisition goals.
  • Develop account growth strategies that increase partner spend, retention, and long‑term value.
  • Work toward commercial targets related to new partnerships, revenue growth, and account expansion.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the U.S. mortgage market, with a particular focus on VA loans and the needs of military borrowers and veterans.
  • Gather insights from lenders and brokers to help improve lead quality, product offerings, and the overall partner experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address partner feedback, resolve issues, and improve marketplace performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, lender acquisition strategies, and competitive offerings to identify new business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
  • Mortgage Industry Experience: Previous experience as a loan officer at a U.S. mortgage lender or brokerage, with a strong understanding of the mortgage lending process.
  • Military Community Experience: A U.S. military veteran, military spouse, or individual with direct experience in the military community who understands its unique needs and challenges
  • Existing Industry Network: Established relationships with mortgage lenders, brokers, or lending decision‑makers that can help accelerate partnership acquisition.
  • Business Development Experience: A track record of developing commercial relationships, generating new business, and closing partnership agreements.
