Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a senior professional to assess liquidation risk in Asset Based Lending, perform due diligence, and deliver client-ready analyses and schedules. You will lead and mentor teams, while coordinating with clients and senior staff across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• Nine years of similar or related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
• Strong management skills, and ability to maintain project deadlines and focus.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience with MS Office products required (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams).
• Professional designation or license preferred – CPA, CFA, and/or CFE.
• Moderate travel required (25-50%).
• Bachelor’s Degree in finance and/or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally and timely with clients via email, phone, and in-person.
• Assess risk of liquidation of assets in the context of an Asset Based Loan and develop borrowing base calculations.
• Prepare reports and schedules delivered to clients and other parties.
• Support and maintain communication with clients and staff on engagements; update senior teams.
• Provide financial and accounting services in Lender Due Diligence across multiple engagements.
• Lead teams in Collateral Reviews for Financial Institutions.
• Mentor junior team members and support business development through networking.
• Cross-sell opportunities across all business lines.
