IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Lender Due Diligence practice in New York.

You will assess asset liquidation risk in ABL deals, lead collateral reviews, and prepare client-ready reports while mentoring junior staff. You will collaborate with lenders and financial institutions, support business development, and help maintain cross-functional relationships across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting required.
• Nine years of similar or related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• CPA/CFA/CFE designation preferred but not required.
• Moderate travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Assess risk of liquidation of assets in Asset Based Lending context.
• Prepare reports and schedules to clients.
• Maintain client communication and update senior team.
• Support lender due diligence across multiple engagements.
• Lead collateral reviews for financial institutions.
• Mentor junior team members and support business development.
