Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a senior professional to lead lender due diligence and asset-based lending risk assessment. You will analyze transactions, develop borrowing bases, and prepare client-ready reports while coordinating with senior staff.

You will manage teams, mentor juniors, and contribute to business development across multiple engagements, with travel up to 50%. A finance/accounting background and professional designations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Nine years of similar or related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
• Strong management skills, and ability to maintain project deadlines and focus.
• High attention to detail.
• MS Office products experience (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Professional designation or license preferred – CPA, CFA, or CFE.
• Moderate travel required (25-50%).
• Bachelor’s Degree in finance and/or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Assess risk of liquidation of assets in Asset Based Loan context with testing of transactions and borrowing base calculations.
• Prepare reports and schedules for clients and other parties.
• Provide client communications and maintain updates with staff on engagements.
• Support Lender Due Diligence practice across multiple projects.
• Lead teams in collateral reviews for financial institutions.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Support business development through networking and relationship-building.
• Cross-sell across business lines.
