Job summary

American International Group, Inc. in New York seeks a Director to lead GLCR Technology Data Analytics & Automation, designing and delivering automation-driven solutions for legal, compliance, and regulatory services across regions.

The role requires 10+ years in technology/analytics, proven team leadership, and experience delivering end-to-end automation strategies. You will collaborate with IT, legal and risk teams, drive SDLC processes, and manage budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications

10+ years of technology, operations, and analytics experience.
Experience leading high-performing teams with operational excellence.
Experience developing and executing automation strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing team driving technology and process innovation, including AI adoption.
Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for legal operations and regulatory needs.
Translate requirements into system specs, user stories, and process flows for technology teams.
Collaborate with IT, vendors, and cross-functional partners through the full SDLC (design, testing, UAT, rollout).
