Job summary
AIG is seeking a Director for GLCR Technology, Data, Analytics & Automation to design and deliver automation-driven solutions for global legal, compliance, and regulatory services. The role requires deep technology knowledge, process orientation, and strong leadership to drive end-to-end improvements across regions.
The ideal candidate will manage a global team across multiple time zones, partner with Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory stakeholders, and lead initiatives that enhance efficiency,
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology, operations, and analytics with leadership
- Experience leading automation initiatives across legal/compliance domains
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team driving technology and process innovation in legal, compliance, and regulatory spaces
- Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for legal operations and regulatory needs
- Translate requirements into system specifications, user stories, and process flows for tech teams
- Oversee SDLC collaborations with IT, vendors, and cross-functional partners
- Monitor compliance risks and implement automated testing programs for GLCR
- Operationalize the GLCR Technology Roadmap to enable transformation initiatives
