Job summary

White & Case LLP in New York seeks a Senior Manager, Legal Project Management to drive client service excellence and process innovation. This role supports the Firm’s global LPM team, collaborating with partners, lawyers, clients and vendors to manage matters end-to-end.

The successful candidate will lead project delivery, budgets, timelines, risk management and post‑project reviews, with line management responsibilities and opportunities to advance the LPM practice.

Qualifications

• Experience of Legal Project Management required.
• 5+ years relevant work experience including client facing roles.
• Formal project management qualification essential (APMQ or PMP).

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with LPM leadership, build out LPM capability and pipeline of work.
• Coordinate Kick-Off, Team and Steering Meetings with clear agendas and records.
• Define scope, timelines, budget and deliverables; monitor progress and budget variances.
• Lead risk and issue management and post-project reviews.
• Provide LPM guidance on best practices, tools and collaboration with clients.
