Job summary

Child Development Schools in Wilmington, NC seeks a School Director to lead a campus with warmth, safety, and a culture of learning. You will guide staff, support families, and drive excellent experiences for children from six weeks to twelve years.

You'll oversee enrollment growth, implement health and licensing standards, manage daily operations, and partner with the community. This hands-on leadership role rewards initiative, collaboration, and a commitment to early childhood education.

Your Role as School Director:
