Job summary

Immunome, Inc. in Washington state seeks a Director/Associate Director, Learning, Development & Performance Management to shape and execute people programs that boost performance, leadership capability, and engagement as the company scales.

This role leads strategy for learning, design of leadership development, competency frameworks, and measurement of outcomes, partnering with senior leaders to embed development across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 8+ years of HR experience focused on learning and development, including building programs at scale.

Responsibilities

• Performance, Development, & Engagement Strategy: Develop and execute Immunome’s L&D strategy focused on enhanced performance and engagement. Partner with senior leadership to reinforce the importance of learning and development into our culture.
• Leadership Development & Manager Enablement: Design and deliver leadership development programs for people leaders and individual contributors. Equip leaders with tools to develop their teams through coaching, feedback, recognition, inclusive leadership, career development, and performance conversations.
• Talent Capability Building: Use performance insights to identify where teams need additional support and development. Create and implement competency framework for enhanced performance. Enable succession planning and internal mobility.
• Learning Management Systems, Enablement, and Resources: Lead and champion training committee Ownership of all learning management systems and partnerships with external vendors. Create and maintain budget for learning and development.
