Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical or scientific field; advanced degree preferred.
• Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP) highly desirable.
• 8 to 10 years of project and program management experience within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Experience in drug development programs and CMC project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead ADC program management for early to late-stage transition across clinical, nonclinical, CMC, and regulatory workstreams.
• Drive the operational transition from early to late-stage development with governance cadence.
• Develop integrated program timelines and critical path across two assets.
• Coordinate CMC timelines and liaison with CDMOs and external partners.
• Lead cross-functional core teams and governance meetings; capture decisions and actions.
