Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Director of Performance Excellence to lead continuous improvement across our healthcare system. This role uses Lean, Six Sigma and related tools to drive measurable process enhancements and support senior management with strategically aligned projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a related field, a Six Sigma Black Belt, 3–5 years of leadership in Lean initiatives, and experience in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3–5 years of Lean Six Sigma leadership.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a change agent to instill Lean Sigma culture with measurable process improvements.
• Develop and share new tools to advance Lean Sigma programs.
• Collect and analyze data to determine improvement strategies.
• Lead project reviews and document project status.
• Teach Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques.
• Coach teams on Lean Sigma projects and clinical/non-clinical processes.
• Coordinate activities across departments to communicate effectively.
