This role requires a dynamic leader capable of bridging Business Operations, Strategy, and Analytics. You will handle complex business situations, quickly map processes, identify gaps, and develop improvement strategies. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and leverages data-driven insights to optimize operations, ensuring peak efficiency and effectiveness.

This role is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic frameworks to optimize operations and lead management, aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Revenue & Network Operations, Marketing, and other teams to ensure initiative alignment and seamless execution.
  • Champion enterprise-wide process improvements using automation and AI-driven solutions to streamline outreach, optimize call handling, unify CRM platforms, and reduce manual work.
  • Analyze datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support KPI dashboard development and reporting, utilizing advanced Excel skills for deep data analysis and scenario modeling.
  • Develop forecasting models and conduct scenario analyses to support revenue growth planning.
  • Map and optimize business processes using tools like Miro, Visio, or Lucidchart to identify inefficiencies.
  • Lead operational projects from inception to execution, managing scope, timelines, and cross-functional efforts.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and drive operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or related fields with a record of improving operations and driving revenue.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, scenario modeling, and macros.
  • Experience with process mapping and workflow tools such as Miro, Visio, or Lucidchart.
  • Familiarity with CRM, BI platforms, SQL, or Python is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional initiatives and influencing without authority.
