Director, Leads Operations - US Based Remote

Our client, Anywhere Real Estate, is seeking a Director of Leads Operations for our Leads Team – a dynamic leader who can bridge Business Operations, Strategy, and Analytics. In this high-impact role, you will often find yourself dropped into complex business situations with little to no prior context. You must be able to quickly map out current processes, identify gaps, and develop improvement strategies. The ideal candidate combines high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and is equally comfortable crafting strategic plans and rolling up their sleeves to implement solutions. You will leverage data-driven insights to drive decision-making and optimize our operations, ensuring the Leads Team operates at peak efficiency and effectiveness.
This role is 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Framework Development: Develop and implement strategic frameworks to optimize operations and lead management, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and sustainable growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Revenue & Network Operations, Marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment on initiatives and seamless execution of revenue-driving projects. Act as a liaison across departments to drive key initiatives forward.
- Support Business Transformation Initiatives: Champion enterprise-wide process improvements by implementing and integrating automation and AI-driven solutions (e.g., Amazon Connect, chatbots, AI transcription) to streamline consumer outreach, optimize call handling, unify CRM platforms, reduce manual work, and uncover data-driven insights for continuous operational refinement.
- Insight Generation: Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable business recommendations. Present data-driven insights to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and buy-in for proposed changes.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the development of KPI dashboards and reporting tools. Leverage advanced Excel capabilities (complex formulas, pivot tables, scenario modeling, automation) for deep data analysis and scenario planning. Use these insights to inform decisions and track performance against targets.
- Forecasting & Scenario Modeling: Develop forecasting models and conduct scenario analyses to support revenue growth planning. Use Excel-based models to test assumptions and guide decision-making under various business scenarios.
- Process Mapping & Optimization: Conduct thorough business process mapping across teams using tools like Miro, Visio, or Lucidchart. Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend streamlined workflows to improve productivity.
- Project Leadership: Lead critical operational projects from concept through execution. Define project scope and objectives, coordinate efforts, and manage timelines to ensure initiatives have a measurable impact on revenue and efficiency.
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership by proactively identifying opportunities for growth and operational excellence, providing thought leadership, and maintaining a balance between strategic planning and tactical execution.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or related fields, with a proven record of operational improvements and revenue growth.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, scenario modeling, and automation (macros).
- Experience with process mapping and workflow tools like Miro, Visio, or Lucidchart.
- Familiarity with CRM, BI platforms, and analytics software; SQL or Python experience is a plus.
- Ability to think strategically while executing plans effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without authority.
