Job summary
Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking a Talent Learning and Development Director to design, deliver, and measure leadership development initiatives across the organization at the Lancaster site in a hybrid model. Responsibilities include building scalable programs, delivering instructor-led and online training, and partnering with senior leadership and HR on talent reviews and succession planning.
The role requires travel for hands-on training and a strong background in instructional
Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- 5+ years of corporate training.
- 5+ years of content development for ILT and e-learning.
- 3+ years developing courses with e-learning software for LMS.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver courses for leaders across levels.
- Partner with senior leadership to align training with business needs.
- Conduct Talent Reviews and succession planning with HR.
- Deliver live instructor-led training virtually and in person.
- Create online self-paced courses and video materials.
- Manage SharePoint pages and LMS-related activities.
