Job summary

Environmental Defense Fund, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Development to design and implement learning solutions that support EDF Talent Development goals. The role involves hands-on LMS work, program delivery, and partnering with HRBPs and stakeholders across the organization.

You will lead leadership development programs, deliver training sessions, and measure program impact with data-driven insights, while ensuring alignment with EDF values and global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational development, psychology, business, or related field.
• 4+ years designing and delivering enterprise-wide learning or talent programs.
• Hands-on LMS experience; vendor management and program measurement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning programs across leadership and professional development.
• Administer and optimize LMS operations, analytics, and reporting.
• Establish metrics, scorecards, and continuous improvement for TD programs.
• Manage program timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and vendors to align TD strategies and initiatives.
