Job summary

Quavo, Inc. is seeking a Director of Talent Development to lead the Mastery Program and build scalable, modular leadership development across the organization. This role reports to the CPO and partners with a fractional Employee Enablement Architect to align efforts with the broader strategy.

You will design and validate a learning framework, decide when to build versus buy content, and drive AI-enabled leadership development that evolves as the business and platform adopt new technologies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in talent or leadership development, including fast-growth/PE-backed environments
• Experience partnering with fractional consultants or senior project-based experts
• Comfortable building programs while org is changing, with iterative design
• Strong adult learning design and cohort-based leadership development
• Experience integrating AI into learning design with guardrails against overreliance
• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, LD, or related field, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Define and accelerate the Quavo Mastery Program, balancing custom content vs buy decisions
• Lead development of leadership capabilities across product and domain knowledge
• Time-to-productivity improvements for new hires and leaders through better programs
• Create modular, flexible content that evolves with processes and org structure
• Drive AI fluency in leaders and teams while mitigating cognitive overload
• Collaborate with the Employee Enablement Architect to align efforts
• Ensure consistent product representation internally and externally
• Own outcomes end-to-end, communicating clearly with leaders and teams
