• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Typically 7 or more years of relevant experience in leadership development, team development, coaching, talent management, learning, project management, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead Leadership Development Delivery Lead offerings, projects, or workstreams within the leadership development portfolio, focusing on team and broad-based leadership.
• Translate portfolio strategy and design into practical experiences, tools, resources, implementation plans, and measurement approaches.
• Coordinate vendor performance, user experience, access, communications, issue resolution, and service improvements with People Services and delivery teams.
• Evaluate usage, experience, behavior change, and value to inform decisions to maintain, modify, scale, or retire offerings.
• Mobilize and embed leadership offerings into practice, not just launch or provide access.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and field resources to understand needs and enable local use.
• Develop implementation guidance, communications inputs, enablement resources, and adoption plans with People Services.
• Document delivery roles, handoffs, governance, and support requirements for reliability.
• Coordinate with Succession and Assessments to reflect readiness themes and assessment insights.
• Analyze portfolio data and feedback to identify gaps and make HR leadership recommendations.
• Maintain awareness of leadership practices and contribute ideas for portfolio evolution.
