Zusammenfassung

Grant Thornton is seeking a Director, Leadership, Culture & Change to join the Global Integration Management Office and drive organizational adoption of acquisitions, integrations, and transformation initiatives.

The role leads the people side of integration, collaborating with executives, HR, Communications, and stakeholders to ensure readiness, sustained adoption, and alignment with firm values throughout the integration lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, leadership development, culture transformation, HR consulting, communications, integration management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Demonstrated success influencing executive leaders and complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience developing change management and communication strategies.

Aufgaben

• Partner with executives and integration sponsors to align leadership around integration objectives.
• Facilitate leadership workshops, strategy sessions, and decision-making forums.
• Identify and address leadership alignment gaps that may create integration risk.
• Support executive teams in communicating vision, priorities, and progress.
• Develop and implement change management strategies for acquisitions and transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations.
• Create and execute adoption plans to support future-state operating models.
• Monitor adoption effectiveness and adjust change strategies as needed.
• Assess cultural differences and develop culture integration strategies.
• Facilitate culture workshops, listening sessions, and engagement activities.
• Track culture integration progress and employee feedback.
• Partner with Communications to develop comprehensive communication strategies throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Support employee engagement activities during periods of organizational change.
• Design initiatives that support employees through integration and transformation.
