Job summary

STM Consulting, Inc. seeks a biotech analytics professional with 3+ years’ forecasting/analytics experience in pharma. You will leverage primary and secondary data sources, perform payer and claims analytics, and connect insights to brand strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Biotech or Pharma experience in Forecasting and/or Analytics. Biologic/Biosimilar experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge in forecasting and secondary data analytics; excellent command of MS Excel; SQL and Python skills a plus.
• Experience with payer coverage analytics (MMIT or similar datasets) and claims analytics (LAAD, Symphony, DocNexus or similar datasets) is highly preferred.
• Experience with IQVIA modules (NSP, NPA, DDD) and Forecasting modules (IPD, Global data, etc.).
• Extensive knowledge and use of both primary and secondary data sources.
• Ability to connect analytics with business questions and link to brand strategy.
• Biologics/Biosimilar market landscape, pricing and reimbursement understanding; Buy&Bill knowledge a plus.
• Experience designing/working on launch monitoring dashboards a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to operate on less-than-perfect data with sound logic.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and drive outcomes.
• Agile and entrepreneurial mindset in a dynamic space.

Location: Princeton, NJ

Minimum work experience: 3+ years of Biotech or Pharma experience in Commercial analytics and forecasting; Biologic/Biosimilar experience would be preferred

Skills & attributes:

• 3+ years of Biotech or Pharma experience in Forecasting and/or Analytics. Having Biologic/Biosimilar experience would be preferred.
• Strong working knowledge in analytical discipline, such as forecasting and secondary data analytics. Has excellent command over MS Excel. SQL and Python skills an added plus.
• Experience working with payer coverage analytics (MMIT or similar datasets) & claims analytics (LAAD, Symphony, DocNexus or similar datasets) is highly preferred.
• Experience working with IQVIA modules (NSP, NPA, DDD), Forecasting modules (IPD, Global data, etc.), desired.
• Extensive knowledge and use of both primary research and secondary data sources.
• Ability to connect analytics with overarching business questions and understand the link between brand strategy and analytic insights.
• Basic understanding of Biologics/Biosimilar market landscape, pricing and reimbursement would be an added benefit. Understanding/working knowledge of Buy&Bill market would be a big plus.
