Valkyrie Enterprises Inc. in Huntsville, Alabama seeks a seasoned Director of Launch Production to lead the development of a full-scale launch production capability, overseeing design, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and services for DoD programs.

The role includes crafting a 5-year strategic plan for launcher and launch services across DoW, pursuing a strong pipeline of opportunities and guiding market expansion through strategic product initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field is required.
• 20+ years of relevant DoD/DoW program experience.
• Experience growing an organization, including recruitment and leadership.
• Experience developing, winning and executing contracts and OTAs.
• Self-starter with strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead a full-scale production capability for Valkyrie, covering design, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and services.
• Create and implement a 5-year strategic plan for launcher and launch services across DoW, including ground, sea and air assets.
• Build and prosecute a 5-year accretive pipeline of opportunities via FAR contracts and OTAs.
• Advise leadership on vision, directions and pipeline development in select markets.
• Develop and implement market and product strategies to expand current markets and create new ones.
