Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership in operations, facilities, or healthcare support services.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and complex programs.
• Knowledge of facilities operations, construction, and technology implementations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for laboratory support operations across locations.
• Direct activities in Materials Management, Facilities, Security, Housekeeping, and more.
• Lead large-scale operational, facility, technology, and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with architects, engineers, and IT to support laboratory infrastructure.
