Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of one or more laboratories and/or functions to ensure unity of operation within all VIPMS laboratories.
• Conduct annual review of lab policy and procedures with Administrative Officer.
• Oversee CLIA compliance and manage CLIA inspections for all VIPMS laboratories.
• Ensure routine CAP testing is performed and reviewed with lab staff.
• Build, maintain and support a culture that fosters effective working relationships and teambuilding.
