Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of laboratory experience.
• 5+ years of management responsibility.
• Knowledge of laboratory operations, phlebotomy, customer service, logistics and regulatory requirements (CLIA, CAP, COLA, OSHA, HIPAA).
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
