Job summary

Indiana Wesleyan University, Marion campus, seeks a Director of Laboratory Operations and Environmental Health and Safety Officer to lead Natural Sciences laboratory staff and ensure safe, compliant teaching spaces.

You will coordinate with facilities, IT, and Campus Police, develop training, manage safety programs, and maintain BEP; strong communication and supervisory skills are essential.

A bachelor degree in chemistry, biology or related discipline and lab management experience are required.

• Develop safety training and maintain Building Emergency Plan (BEP).
• Coordinate lab operations with DNS and Marion campus leadership.
