Job summary

Premier Golf Academy, based at Twin Oaks Golf Course in San Marcos, California, seeks a Director of Junior Golf Programs to lead Full-Time Golf and Academic Programs, Advanced Camps, Weekends, and Post-Grad offerings. You will manage instruction quality, staff execution, and student outcomes while coordinating recruiting efforts.

The role requires hosting programs, traveling as needed, and building development plans with measurable progress for each student.

Qualifications

• Played college golf and/or professional golf.
• Proven ability to run a structured player-development program.
• Comfortable as the public face of the junior programs with parents, coaches, and tournament directors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Director and lead instructor for all junior programs.
• Deliver professional instruction aligned with Academy curriculum and standards.
• Own tournament preparation, support, and post-event review.
• Build individualized development plans and track progress.
• Support college recruiting: target lists, video outreach, and pathways.
