Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT or related field; master's preferred.
• Ten years of IT experience and/or integrated utility/regulatory business experience.
• Experience managing leaders of teams.
• Strong relationship management and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Build strong executive partnerships with internal/external teams.
• Strategy and Planning: Develop/maintain strategic technology roadmaps.
• Operational / Delivery Management: Manage production issues and improvements in IT performance.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee IT investments, projects and priorities.
• Talent Development: Coach and develop teams; nurture leadership.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial spend with prudence.
