Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT or related field or equivalent experience; master's degree preferred.
• Ten years of IT experience and/or integrated utility and regulatory business experience building and developing teams.
• Experience managing leaders of teams.
• Sound understanding of core business processes, industry trends, technology and IT environments.
• Exceptional relationship management and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong effective partnerships with internal and external teams; influence stakeholders.
• Develop and manage strategic technology plans and roadmaps; collaborate with IT and business leaders to enable objectives.
• Identify, investigate and resolve production problems; drive IT performance improvements.
• Manage investments, projects and activities within an IT portfolio; prioritize delivery and financials.
• Develop a high performing team through coaching, mentoring and training; foster continuous learning.
• Manage IT budgets including capital, expense and regulatory commitments; ensure prudency for customers and shareholders.
