Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Director of AI Engineering in Troy, NY to lead the AI function for IOPS. You will govern AI in a GMP environment, deliver IOPS-specific AI use cases, and build education programs that drive adoption across the business.

A multidisciplinary team will report to you, with senior leaders and Quality partners ensuring value and compliance. This role requires strong AI and governance background, plus 10+ years at Associate Director level or 12+ years at

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Science, or related discipline required.
• 10+ years of industry experience for Associate Director or 12+ for Director.
• Proven leadership of AI programs in regulated settings (GMP/GxP).

Responsibilities

• Lead IOPS AI roadmap with governance, delivery, and education.
• Maintain AI policy, governance framework, data integrity, and validation.
• Sustain audit readiness and represent AI practices to assessors.
• Deliver end-to-end AI use cases with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop AI education programs to drive adoption across IOPS.
