Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking a Director of Infrastructure Application Services to lead enterprise infrastructure platforms enabling clinical, operational, and analytical workflows. You will oversee Epic components, reporting analytics, and integration services while ensuring reliability, security, and regulatory alignment.

The role drives architecture patterns, governance, and modernization efforts with a strong service mindset and collaboration with clinical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, healthcare, business, or equivalent with substantial experience.
• Minimum of ten years of progressive technical experience in enterprise tech and healthcare IT.
• Experience with architecture governance, security, cloud, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise infrastructure platforms.
• Lead teams responsible for Epic technical infra, reporting platforms, and integrations.
• Ensure reliability, security, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Translate strategy into architecture patterns, designs, and actionable roadmaps.
