Job summary

Replimune seeks a Director, IT Business Partner Commercial to lead our CRM operations, with hands-on technical leadership across Salesforce, Veeva, and Oracle. You will steer CRM strategy, drive customer engagement, and manage technology needs for the Commercial division.

The role requires 10+ years in IT/CRM with strong leadership, data warehousing expertise, and experience in marketing tools. Hybrid on-site work in Woburn, MA is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field plus 10+ years of experience.
• Experience with Commercial Pharmaceutical operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and maintenance of CRM systems (primarily Veeva) to meet organizational requirements.
• Oversee integration of marketing tools and platforms with CRM (Salesforce/Veeva/TraceLink/Antaras) to enhance marketing automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM and Commercial platform strategies across channels.
• Proficiency with Oracle data warehousing and Master Data Management; data analytics experience.
• Deliver and manage technology for field staff; ensure compliance with data privacy laws in life sciences.
