Job summary

American Roofing & Metal Company is seeking a Director of Business Systems & IT to lead a major technology transition, including the BuildOps rollout and Smartsheet management. The role combines business process, technology, and people leadership to keep field and office teams productive at Louisville headquarters and satellite sites.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in business systems or IT leadership, with demonstrated experience managing software implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business systems administration, IT management, or a related role.
• Experience leading a software implementation or systems migration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead companywide BuildOps implementation from configuration to full rollout.
• Serve as Smartsheet administrator, maintaining sheets, reports, dashboards, and automations.
• Provide IT support across all locations and manage device provisioning for new hires and transfers.
• Travel periodically to Lexington, KY and Cincinnati, OH locations to provide in-person support.
