Job summary

Wesco is seeking an IT Director to lead a team and steer IT operations in support of organizational goals. You will develop, enforce, and integrate IT standards while creating strategic objectives, budgets, and policies.

Responsibilities include driving digital transformation, program delivery, budget management, and executive reporting. You will oversee vendors and SI partners, manage escalations, and design scalable global system templates to accelerate deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent preferred.
• 10 years of hands-on experience in system rollouts.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership in IT.
• 3-5 years of experience in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management is preferred.
• Experience interacting with and delivering reports to top company executives.

• Responsible for program delivery, budget, and contracts
• Lead a team responsible for end-to-end program life cycle management - functional requirements, functional/technical solution design, data migration, testing, issue resolution, cutover activities, and post go-live support
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership about program status/risks
• Manage relationships with System Integrator partners to deliver program on time
• Manage relationships with software vendors to influence their roadmap to address critical company needs
• Manage escalations and be the single point of contact for stakeholders
• Oversee the build for system global design and template for faster deployments
• Build and deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and meet targeted performance
