Job summary

TerraFlex is building a scalable IOS portfolio and is hiring a Director of Tenant Origination and Leasing. You will lead tenant sourcing, leasing, and market intelligence across TerraFlex’s growing portfolio, shaping the go-to-market strategy and establishing strong broker relationships.

This early hire will travel ~50% to visit properties, meet tenants and brokers, and provide real-time market insights to TerraFlex and Green Courte teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial real estate leasing, brokerage, or business development.
• Proven ability to originate tenant relationships and source lease transactions.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills with tenants and brokers.

Responsibilities

• Source tenant occupancy through direct outreach and market research.
• Develop asset-specific leasing strategies based on market demand.
• Maintain CRM with outreach history across markets.
• Travel frequently to visit properties and meet tenants.
