SS&C Technologies is seeking a Director, Investor Services in Bellevue, WA to lead a team delivering exceptional client service and operational excellence for an alternative investments portfolio. You will oversee investor communications, onboarding, reporting, and inquiry resolution, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor staff, drive process improvements, manage KYC/AML due diligence, and collaborate with fund accounting, legal, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading investor services or fund operations.
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC, FATCA, CRS and related regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Investor Services professionals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring accuracy, efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Act as primary contact for key investor relationships and partnerships.
• Manage investor onboarding, including KYC/AML due diligence and subscriptions.
• Supervise preparation and distribution of investor statements and distributions.
• Resolve investor inquiries and collaborate with fund accounting, legal, and compliance as needed.
• Develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures for investor experience.
• Monitor team performance metrics and drive improvements.
