Duties
The Director will oversee and manage the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and acquisition of institutional-quality neighborhood retail and mixed-use assets located in various markets across the United States. The Director will be responsible for investment sourcing across large geographic regions of the United States with support and direction from senior management. The Director will oversee financial structuring and analysis and manage the due diligence and closing processes for prospective investment opportunities. The Director will work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and high-performance environment.
