Job summary

Fitch Ratings is seeking a Director in New York with Investment Grade DCM/Banking relationship experience to join the Corporates BRM team. You will develop and maintain relationships with IG banking professionals and broaden networks with issuers and investors.

The role focuses on marketing, pitch books, and outreach, with travel as needed. Fitch emphasizes an open culture, diversity, ERGs, and opportunities to influence market decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in Investment Grade DCM or Syndicate from a bulge bracket bank.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance relationships with senior IG DCM/Syndicate/Capital Market professionals to generate new ratings mandates and revenue opportunities.
• Liaise with other BRM colleagues in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, EMEA, and Asia to coordinate firm messaging, target lists, and assist in the development of relationships.
• Conduct research, development, preparation, and presentation of marketing messages to external parties, highlighting factors that differentiate Fitch and its published ratings and research.
• Develop pitch books, marketing case studies, and content tailored to specific sectors or verticals for upcoming or prospective meetings.
• Create, coordinate, and implement outreach plans.
