Job summary

Kizuki International LLC is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead all financial, accounting, and planning functions for our multi-unit restaurant family, including Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya, Supreme Dumplings, and Tang Bar. The CFO will partner with the CEO to drive growth and profitability across brands.

The role requires deep restaurant finance experience, scalable systems, and strong leadership to build a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Experience as CFO/VP of Finance or equivalent in restaurants or multi-unit operations.
• Deep understanding of restaurant financial drivers and capital deployment.
• Proven track record building scalable financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term financial strategies with the CEO and executive team.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes across all units.
• Oversee accounting, payroll, treasury, and tax functions with strong controls.
• Drive profitability through menu pricing, prime costs, and cost controls.
• Lead system selection, integration, and automation for scalability.
