Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks an Internal Warehousing Director to lead US warehouse operations across New Jersey and North Carolina.

The role is based in Cherry Hill with responsibility for safety, efficiency, and cost objectives while coordinating with Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Safety, and Plant Leadership. The director will drive the Seabrook, NJ plant transition, optimize flows in NC, and develop warehouse leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations experience with leadership responsibility.
• 10+ years of people leadership, including salaried and hourly teams.
• Proven ability to improve warehouse flows, material handling, inventory accuracy, labor productivity, and service.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, Quality, Safety, Finance, and HR.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% to NJ and NC locations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, influencing, and change leadership skills.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, inventory management systems; Lean/Six Sigma or CI training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for internal warehouse operations in New Jersey and North Carolina.
• Ensure safe, efficient, compliant handling of receiving, storage, inventory, material handling, replenishment, staging, and shipping.
• Set performance standards to meet service, safety, quality, productivity, and cost goals.
• Develop and lead warehouse leadership teams; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Directly manage 2-3 warehouse leaders supporting plant operations.
• Lead transition of Seabrook, NJ facility operations; design processes and stabilize startup.
• Drive warehouse flow optimization across NC facility and broader network.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and HR.
• Standardize procedures, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain safety/quality compliance; partner with EH&S and QA teams.
