Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co. is seeking a Director of Internal Warehousing to lead US warehouse ops across NJ and NC. This high-visibility role will drive safe, efficient flows, partner with Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and Finance, and oversee transitions to a new Seabrook facility.

The role requires 15+ years in warehousing or manufacturing ops with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration, plus travel up to 40%. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years in warehouse, logistics, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing ops with leadership responsibility.
• 10+ years of people leadership experience, including managing salaried and hourly teams.
• Demonstrated experience improving warehouse flows, material handling, inventory accuracy, labor productivity, and service performance.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations supporting manufacturing: inbound, replenishment, picking, shipping, dock operations.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, Quality, Safety, Finance and HR teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP, WMS, inventory management, and reporting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for internal warehouse operations in NJ and NC plants.
• Ensure safe, efficient, compliant receiving, storage, inventory, material handling, and shipping.
• Lead and develop warehouse leadership teams; drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee transition of operations into new Seabrook, NJ facility and optimize flows in NC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align end-to-end material and finished goods flows.
• Monitor KPIs and drive Lean improvements to reduce waste and improve throughput.
