• Design and improve systems, processes, and tools that increase visibility and accountability.
• Partner on staffing and resource planning, balancing business needs with team strengths.
• Coordinate新 tools and initiatives across Orchestra teams for practical adoption.
• Create clear workflows and follow-up processes to reduce administrative burden.
• Quarterback business development operations and proposal readiness.
