Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leaders, translating priorities into actionable plans and ensuring execution.
• Lead cross-functional planning and agency-wide initiatives, keeping priorities organized and moving.
• Design and improve systems, processes, and tools for staffing visibility and account health.
• Partner on staffing and resource planning, balancing business needs with team development.
• Coordinate new tools and initiatives with Orchestra teams in practical, adoptable ways.
• Create workflows and follow-up processes to improve accountability and focus on client work.
• Quarterback the agency's business development efforts through planning and proposal readiness.
