Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking an Intellectual Disabilities Program Director to lead planning, coordination, and oversight of ID/Autism services in Washington County. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, and county requirements and supports positive community outcomes.

The position requires managerial experience in ID services, a bachelor’s degree, and PA residency. Telework is not available; standard hours are 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with some after-hours work as

Qualifications

• One year as County Intellectual Disabilities Program Specialist 2, or five years in the field with three years in admin/managerial roles, plus a bachelor’s degree.
• An equivalent combination of experience and training in Intellectual Disabilities is acceptable.
• PA residency requirement applies and background checks are required.

Responsabilités

• Direct planning, coordination, and oversight of ID/Autism services in Washington County.
• Assess community needs and resources to guide program goals.
• Review data and documents to support existing services and new programs.
• Analyze policy impacts on Developmental Services planning and operations.
• Develop and implement the annual County QM Plan per state guidelines.
• Coordinate provider monitoring and qualification processes for ID/A providers.
