Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with two years’ direct work with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism
• Master’s degree or higher with one year direct work with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism
• Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License or equivalent certification

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to employees and individuals served within assigned programs.
• Coordinate, develop, and implement individual assessments and Individual Support Plans.
• Educate and build skills for individuals and the support team.
