Job summary

Sun Life Financial seeks an Associate Director of Complementary and Integrative Medicine to provide clinical consultation, strategic direction, and program leadership across PinnacleCare CIM initiatives.

The role blends clinical expertise with operations, research oversight, and partnership development to expand CIM services while ensuring quality, value, and evidence-based practice across the network.

Qualifications

• Must hold Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) degree.
• Board certification by North American Board of Naturopathic Examiners (NABNE) is required.
• Demonstrated leadership in CIM program development and service expansion.
• Strong communication and collaboration across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Establish CIM program vision, mission, and strategic goals.
• Lead multi-year strategic plan to expand CIM services and partnerships.
• Provide clinical consultation and guidance to health advisors and teams.
• Collaborate with CMO and Medical Advisory Board to grow the CIM network.
• Oversee operations, productivity, and budget for CIM programs.
• Develop training for internal staff on CIM approaches and evidence-based practices.
• Partner with Marketing to communicate CIM value and outcomes.
