Job summary

NiSource is seeking an experienced leader to standardize Operations Work Management and oversee work readiness across six NiSource operating companies. The role includes prioritizing, scheduling, dispatching, and coordinating large gas projects with field and contractor teams while driving a strategy for process alignment and change management.

The position requires 3+ years in leadership, strong strategic thinking and collaboration, and a record of driving execution in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in operations/business management or engineering.
• Demonstrated leadership in operations or work management.
• Strong written and oral communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive strategy for Integration Center execution aligned with NiSource vision.
• Oversee construction and system operations work plans across multiple states; ensure compliance and safety.
• Lead incident response and maintain business continuity during critical events.
• Foster partnerships with operations, planning, and support teams to achieve targets.
• Provide clear direction, training and development to teams, building talent and accountability.
• Ensure 24/7 readiness and operational reliability with focus on cost and service excellence.
