Job Summary A corporate-wide position involving environmental remediation programs for all NiSource companies. This position will manage and support a portfolio of environmental liability and capital projects related to the Resource Conservation & Recovery Act (RCRA) and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation & Liability Act (CERCLA) regulatory programs. Additionally, this position will be responsible for developing and managing contractor management, financial tracking and budgeting, and supporting our Due Diligence process. The Environmental Coordinator will assist in managing these environmental liabilities by implementing processes that provide environmental support for business units in a proactive, cost-effective manner that is consistent with NiSource policy and business objectives. The position will involve travel to project locations to conduct and oversee field activity. This individual is expected to work closely with various facilities and stakeholders in the planning and implementation of environmental programs. This individual will support continuous improvement related to environmental remediation performance and will enhance and maintain a process to track, monitor, communicate and minimize environmental remediation related risk. Salary Ranges: Environmental Coordinator 2: 82,200.00 - 102,800.00 - 123,200.00 USD Annual Environmental Coordinator 3: 96,600.00 - 120,700.00 - 144,900.00 USD Annual
Salary Range*: $82,200.00 - $144,900.00 *The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity.
