Healthcare Realty Trust in Nashville seeks an experienced Director of Risk Management to lead the design and execution of the company’s insurance and risk strategies at corporate headquarters. You will partner with Asset Management, Legal, and executive leadership to protect assets and support growth.

The role requires strong knowledge of property and casualty programs, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in corporate risk management, insurance administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of property & casualty insurance programs and claims management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate to advanced).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead procurement, negotiation, and administration of property and casualty, captive, and management liability insurance programs.
• Monitor market trends and optimize coverage, manage costs, and mitigate risk.
• Manage property and casualty claims with internal teams, carriers, and TPAs.
• Review leases and contracts to evaluate insurance requirements and risk transfer.
• Maintain OSHA recordkeeping and support risk-management compliance.
• Build relationships with internal teams, brokers, underwriters, and leadership.
• Provide updates on insurance market conditions, claims trends, risks, and program performance to executives.
• Continuously improve risk management practices to support long-term objectives.
