Job summary

Clearbrook Group Holdings Inc. is seeking a Director, Product Management to lead the Agriculture or Commercial Lines product portfolio across a 45-state footprint. You will shape strategy, guide execution, and partner with underwriting, actuarial, field distribution and operations to deliver market-leading solutions.

This on-site role requires proven insurance product management leadership, Agile experience, and the ability to develop and mentor a high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with insurance industry experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing product teams.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial or Agricultural insurance markets.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Execution. Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Agriculture or Commercial Lines aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Leadership & Team Development. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of product management professionals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration. Partner with Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims, Field/Distribution, Compliance, and Operations.
• Market & Portfolio Management. Analyze market trends and customer needs; ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
