Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Property & Casualty insurance compliance, including managerial leadership.
• Experience in-house at a carrier or MGA/MGU.
• Knowledge of NAIC model laws and state insurance regulations for admitted and non-admitted markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Compliance team in development, implementation, and oversight of compliance programs and controls.
• Maintain and improve policies and procedures to align with evolving state and federal regulations.
• Oversee product compliance, regulatory change management, audits, and regulatory inquiries.
• Monitor regulatory changes and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely adoption of requirements.
• Interface with legal, product, and operations to support product development and market expansion initiatives.
• Report compliance metrics and risk assessments to senior leadership.
• Educate personnel on compliance matters through programs and seminars.
