Atlas Search is looking for a Director of Institutional & HNW Business Development based in New York. This role involves extensive travel across the United States to lead client acquisition for institutional and high-net-worth clients.

With a focus on developing capital relationships, you will leverage your extensive network and experience in asset management and investment sales. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree.

Competenze

• 10–15 years of experience in asset management, investment sales, or capital raising.
• Strong existing network across U.S. institutional markets.
• Demonstrated success in raising and retaining capital.
